1. Flower Availability

All flower arrangements are handcrafted using the freshest blooms available each day. As flower types, colours, and arrangements depend on seasonal availability, variations from the images displayed may occur. Photos are for reference only.

 

2. Customisations

Customisations such as flower types, colours, wrapping paper, and fillers are available. Please contact our customer service at 011-26756882 and we will do our best to accommodate them. We reserve the right to make substitutions based on availability, with items of equal or greater value.

 

3. Substitutions

Due to seasonal changes and stock availability, Flower Love Me Florist reserves the right to substitute any item with a similar element of equal or greater value. This may include, but is not limited to, changes to basket styles, wrapping paper, ribbons, fillers, or specific flower types. We will ensure the quality and aesthetic of your arrangement is maintained.

 

4. Delivery

We offer delivery services to selected areas. Please ensure that the recipient's address is accurate. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location. Orders placed for same-day delivery should be placed early to ensure timely processing. Please refer to our delivery policy for more details.

 

5. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept bank transfer and DuitNow QR payment. Please contact our customer service at 011-26756882 for payment details.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to modify your order, please contact us at 011-26756882 as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order is in preparation. Please be informed that, due to the nature of our products, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted once an order is confirmed and payment is processed. 

 

7. Liability

While we take utmost care in creating and delivering your arrangements, Flower Love Me Florist is not responsible for damages incurred after the arrangement has been received. Please ensure arrangements are cared for according to the provided guidelines.
